Description:

Powdered mix for the preparation of a clear Chinese style chicken flavor soup with noodles.  Mild sweet and sour.

Preparation:

1.      Add the content of the bag to 1 liter boiling water (41/2 cups).

2.      Cover. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Noodles 22% (durum wheat; contain gluten), salt, sugar, monosodium glutamate (E621), wheat flour (contains gluten), vegetable oil, leek, yeast, spices, edible acids (E331c, E330), sesame oil, flavorings, flavor enhancers (E631, E627), natural extracts (celery, onion, turmeric), antioxidants (E310, E320). Contains sesame oil and gluten.
