Powdered mix for the preparation of a semi-thick mushroom soup.

Preparation:

1.      Add the content of the bag to 1 liter cold water (41/2 cups).

2.      Bring to boil, while stirring occasionally.

3.      Cover. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
