Vanilla Flavor Cake Mix (Item No. 5320) Mix for qualitative home-made style vanilla-cream flavor cake and muffins. Just to add water or milk, eggs and oil, to mix and to bake. Directions: Heat the oven to 180°C. Pour 250 gr of the mix into the mixer bowl. Add 75 ml water or milk, 83 gr oil and 115 gr egg. Beat for 2 minutes. Pour a 2 cm layer into greased moulds and bake. Baking time: muffin's moulds: 20-30 min, English cake moulds: 30-40 min, large moulds: 45-60 min. The product is baked when a toothpick goes out clean.
